At ICED OUT, we want you to shine with confidence; if your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the items back into their original ICED OUT display box and shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
